Days - 33hrs OR Nights - 22hrs - 12-hour shifts - on a rota basis with alternate weekend availability required - Real Living Wage (Premium pay on Care Workers)

What You’ll Be Doing 

You’ll play a key role in helping residents feel safe, comfortable and cared for—day and night. 

This includes: 

• Personal care delivered with dignity  

• Supporting emotional wellbeing  

• Encouraging independence where possible  

• Working closely with your team to maintain a safe environment  

(Night roles also include light cleaning duties to support the home)
